Senior Infants learned all about the cafe in November. We learned so much that we decided to open up our own Toast Cafe for a day! 
We made our own menus, designed some tablecloths and hired some waiters and waitresses.
We had so much fun and of course, some delicious toast!

We recently had our first Class Meetings this year where the children  had an opportunity to voice their opinions, ideas and thoughts on the running of our school. Reps from each class later joined an Advisory Panel to further discuss some ideas and come up with an Action Plan. Overall it was a  great success. We are looking forward to our next Class Meetings already!
